Enrollment for Fall 2024 is now open!

 

Please be sure to contact us at frogcreekadventureschool@gmail.com before enrolling to ensure we have space!

Enrollment can be secured in one of 2 ways:

1) Download & fill out the Enrollment packet

(pages 6-9) and send your nonrefundable deposit

via check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

Deposit will count towards your tuition.

2) Click to fill out the enrollment form online.

Once you have submitted the form, please send your deposit &  your medical waiver (pages 7-9) to us by email, mail, or bring it to your first day of class.
